This is after the beginning of the making of my box. My box is the one painted yellow and a purpley-blue colour. In this picture I am in the process of drawing and colouring the piece that will eventually reside along the right side of my box. The picture is of a pile of teacups and plates stacked on top of each other.
This is my finished box. I believe that it portrays the mad hatter very well. I think that the teacups portray the mad hatter and his craziness a lot. The teacups are on the awkward angles because my box takes place in Wonderland, which is crazy.
This just shows the side of my box with the picture I drew on it.
This is my drawing, or early pastel sketch of my cubism piece. This looks much better than the cubism sculpture itself, because I worked harder on this than the actual sculpture. I really do wish that my culpture looked like the picture, but I really do suck at anything at art besides drawing and colouring. I am proud of this piece because I think it's very exciting and colourful. It shows who I am artistic wise, and how i love using bright colours and seeing them contrasting together.
This is my actual cubism piece. It isn't as good as the actual sketch beforehand. I really do wish that it had turned out like the actual sketch, I would have liked it much more. I didn't like how it turned out because I didn't have a lot of time to work on it because to be completely honest I do hate painting and plaster, anything to do with painting really. I would have worked harder if I hadn't procrastinated as much as I did on the whole project. I don't deserve a high mark on this because of what I've said above, I didn't put myself into the art work.
